And it’s always easy to reach them. So far we haven’t had a single shipment issue. It has taken a big load off my mind, knowing that I can count on them to handle everything with our shipments and returns. This has allowed us to expand much quicker than expected. Pricewise they have been great and upfront, the bills are always exactly what I expected. ShipBuddies has been such an asset to our company, just a great experience overall and I highly recommend them.

I own a swimwear brand (Kameleonswim.com) that does about 1000-3000 orders a month and I was getting KILLED by logisitics at my other 3PL. Long story short, I looked into other warehouses and none of them made sense price and service wise… until I found ShipBuddies.
They have single handedly saved my business with the amazing service and prices which has allowed to deliver way better service to my customers at an affordable rate. (2-3 day shipping affordably!!)
Can’t thank them enough.

February 21, 2022 at 8:28 pmAm moroccan entrepreneur and i wanted to promote my contry local product in the US market. Selling morocan Argan oil wasnt an easy task but with the help of ShipBuddies it was as easy as eating a brakfast :).
i was hesitating betwen a ton of company and I was harassed and bombarded with emails from logistics companies but i dont regret my choice of ShipBuddies company. Great teem and great company. super helpful and very attentive, Brian responds to my messages very quickly and advises me in my choices.
I definetly recommand this company for all Ecom busnesses.

Brian is the man. Sincerely cares about his customers and was incredibly patient and flexible as we went through a rocky, hectic pre-order launch (none of which was remotely ShipBuddies’ fault – they handled it perfectly). As it was my first time setting up with a 3PL, I had plenty of questions which he was happy to answer and chat through. Straightforward pricing, orders are fulfilled quickly, and excellent discounted shipping rates, especially helpful since many of my customers are overseas.
Looking forward to continued growth with Brian and the rest of their team.
