They might be capable of shipping US orders but not EU orders. They are unable to print IOSS numbers on the packages for EU and wrong currency conversion for the package value results in charging extra VAT & Custom Duty from the EU customers.
Their address system is only designed for US too, they always tell you some addresses cannot be shipped even though I’m 100% sure the address is correct and complete and even able to locate clearly on Google Map, and every time you update/make changes, the system won’t reflect immediately, you have to rely on the team to tell you whether the updated address is valid, and that adds another day delay.
Not recommend if you need to ship products outside US.
