January 5, 2023 at 6:26 amWe used to take all the orders and pack everything ourselves. We even would take the calls for customer service, and it got overwhelming. Every day turned into a non-stop routine of shipping orders and running a call center. Now we just give Shipsters our shirts and they do the rest. They saved us about 6 hours of daily work… and they do it a lot better than me.

January 6, 2023 at 6:38 amI have been using Shipsters as my 3PL for the last 2 months for my new ecommerce start up, and the experience has been fantastic so far. Running an ecommerce company can be daunting. I had previously looked into using other 3PLs and was disappointed with the lack of communication and information. Luckily, I was connected to Ryan and the Shipsters crew, and they have been completely supportive. Shipsters has a very easy to use software program for inventory management and uses slack for seamless communication. They also have a straightforward and organized onboarding process, which was very reassuring and helped me feel ready for my launch. Finally, Ryan has helped to answer a variety of random ecommerce questions beyond just the services of the 3PL, and it has been invaluable to me. I highly recommend using Shipsters for your 3PL services.

Transitioning to their platform was quick and easy, onboarding easy, and pricing is easy and fair too. On top of that, everyone is so friendly, helpful, and personable (much different experience with previous 3pl), we know our products are in great hands. Ryan in particular has truly gone above and beyond and we are looking forward to continue our partnership with Shipsters for years to come. If you’re looking for a 3pl, don’t waste your time any further – Shipsters takes the cake!

We were introduced to our personal shipper on our first day of onboarding and I don’t think we’ve ever had a day where we felt like we didn’t now what was going on. January 21, 2024 at 9:04 amLOVE, LOVE, LOVE Shipsters!!! Had to transfer out of another 3pl for a long list of reasons, and was so happy when I found Shipsters at the time we needed them most! Apparel is what they do, which is huge for us, and they really made it easy for us to get setup and shipping in just a couple of days after our inventory arrived. What was most impressive to me was how they were able to get us shipping right away, even while they were in the process of receiving all of our inventory. We have a ton! We went from waiting DAYS for orders to ship with Ship Tom or Ship Snob or Ship whatever they were called, so when we saw everything get shipped out on the very day our inventory arrived at Shipsters, it was both mind-blowing and annoying at the same time because as much as it felt like we found our forever home (we can’t thank you guys enough), I was also annoyed with how much time we had wasted on the other guys before finding Shipsters. I guess you don’t ever really know what you’re getting into without a little leap of faith, but IF YOU’RE READING THIS I can 1000% assure you that Shipsters is the real deal, and we’re extremely happy with our decision and grateful for them every single day. However, after our first call with Ryan, our concerns were put right at ease. We’ve now been shipping with Shipsters for 8 months and can’t recommend them highly enough. After launching my Online Grappling Academy a couple of years back, I started to get an overwhelming number of requests for the merch that I share at my clinics. So, I decided to start offering t-shirts on my site and the response was more than I could have ever imagined! I didn’t have the resources or time to focus on shipping orders to my customers in a timely manner, so I reached out to Shipsters in Carlsbad, CA and I haven’t looked back since. They literally got my site connected and started shipping my orders the same day.
The customer service at Shipsters is top-notch in every way and I literally don’t have to do anything like I was doing before. Between my busy travel schedule and training, I just needed a place that I could trust to keep things moving, and who were good at apparel fulfillment. Shipsters has far surpassed that, and I couldn’t be happier. To make things even better, they are local to me and I can swing by and drop off more inventory whenever I need to. These guys are great, and they grapple too so it’s win-win on many levels. Thank you, guys!

We tried a couple other fulfillment services, all of which we weren’t able to integrate with easily. Shipsters came to the rescue and helped us every step of the way from set up to final operations. This is a great starting point for small businesses in need of help to store and ship products quickly.

April 26, 2024 at 11:01 pmOur brand has been around for 10 years, and we’ve been using 3pls for the past 8 years. Shipsters is not our first 3pl, but they are by far the best, and hopefully our last. It’s been 4 months so far and they haven’t missed a beat. They’re fast, accurate, responsive and a pleasure to work with. I only wish they had been around 8 years ago. (because I could tell some horror stories…)
