They know the ecommerce space inside and out and provide the most reliable order fulfillment solutions. In all my time with PackYak I think I’ve only had two mis-shipped orders which is incredible – you definitely want to give these guys a try.

September 5, 2022 at 4:21 pmThey might be capable of shipping US orders but not EU orders. They are unable to print IOSS numbers on the packages for EU and wrong currency conversion for the package value results in charging extra VAT & Custom Duty from the EU customers.
Their address system is only designed for US too, they always tell you some addresses cannot be shipped even though I’m 100% sure the address is correct and complete and even able to locate clearly on Google Map, and every time you update/make changes, the system won’t reflect immediately, you have to rely on the team to tell you whether the updated address is valid, and that adds another day delay.
Not recommend if you need to ship products outside US.

January 29, 2024 at 10:21 pmPackYak is fully able to print IOSS numbers for all shipments to the EU/UK and have many customers, both current and former, that we successfully ship international orders for on a daily basis at very competitive rates.
Many of the issues detailed in this review are primarily due to this business’s failure to maintain any records in their storefront related to customs descriptions, country of origin information, or tariff codes. Understandably, a failure to maintain any of this required information will cause major disruptions when shipping internationally. We communicated this issue and the problems it would present to this customer on multiple occasions, but no action was ever taken to correct the inadequate customs information.
As to the complaint about address verification – PackYak utilizes address verification mechanisms that are directly linked to all major carriers to avoid incorrectly shipping products to addresses that fail verification. If any PackYak customer wishes to ship out an order that has failed the initial address verification, all they have to do is lift the automatically placed address hold, and we’ll ship the order out right away. We employ address verification to help our customers to avoid paying for sending multiple shipments to bad addresses that carriers don’t recognize as valid – most of our partners are thrilled to avoid these costly errors!
